Are YOU Pre-booked!!??

Just under 3 weeks to go now are you pre-booked in order to get your first lesson free you must be!
Also a update on training fees:-

£4 a lesson
£3.50 each for 2 people of the same family training together
£3 each for 3 or more people of the same family training together (by family we mean direct family i.e mum,dad, sister, daughter and aunts and uncles, and cousins) this does not include 2nd 3rd etc etc!
The date for the opening is Thursday 29th, September
Time: 6:30-8pm
Where: West end Methodist Church Hall

Please note! IF YOU PRE-BOOK YOUR FIRST LESSON IS FREE IF YOU JUST TURN UP ON THE NIGHT DON'T WORRY YOU CAN STILL TRAIN FOR A REDUCED FIRST CLASS FEE OF JUST £3
!!!Also it is not possible just to watch a class as this would not be fair to students who are training as it may cause to much distraction.
All those attending please get there about 10mins early so you can book in and do some light stretching yourself before the class starts
